Fitness week *day 7*

Last day!!!

I went to the gym again today, but to a one in Tallinn. And it’s like 30 times bigger than my local one!!!

But basically I worked with the same machines and some new, but I didn’t take pictures. I only took one and it’s of the treadmill, because that’s the number one reason I go 20 km away from my home to go do the gym. The thing is that we don’t have much cardio machines at our local gym and there is an entire floor what is 3 times bigger than my local gym filled with cardio machines.

I don’t have much stamina so I was on the treadmill for 25 minutes 15 of those I walked. But it wasn’t like a slow walk, the speed was 6,5 km/h and I ran 7,5 km/h so I think that was okey.

Later when I got home I made myself some homemade blue cheese-chips. I know they sound gross, but they are amazing!! I’ll think about maybe doing a post about it……. And for the rest of the night I studied. Like literally studied for 4 hours I think.

I had 7 different papers filled with notes that I needed to memorize. Two parts of information papers. They were actually from books that I copied and printed them out. Each part has like 10 two sided papers. Then I had my music homework and my English homework (that was easy af) + one thing that isn’t on this picture I need to read a book with 101 pages by Monday and I have read only like 40. So much for one weekend!!

Literally hate school right now.

But no to the main part of this post, it was the last day of my fitness week…

What’s next?

Well I actually liked doing something fiscal everyday, yeah my legs and arms hurt a little but that’s okey. And because I liked it and exercise is good for you and I also want to loose some weight and  be more in shape and strong so I could do some cool tricks in the summer when wakeboarding season starts I decided that I will make myself a workout schedule.

    And here it is:

1.Monday-swimming

2.Tuesday-rest

3.Wednesday-swimming

4.Thursday-gym in Tallinn

5.Friday-gym in my town 

6.Saturday-rest or if snow comes back skiing

7.Sunday-swimming or gym in Tallinn

And everyday (even on rest days) I will to 40 squats hold my hands with weights for 3 minutes, do 15 half sit-ups and 15 full sit-ups and 15 push-ups.

Or we can just say that I will try to follow this schedule and see how it works for me because right now I have many things going on and studying is harder then ever, don’t know why now?

Fitness week *days 5 & 6*

So I’m sorry for not posting on Friday, but I will tell you what I did in this post…

So I really am sorry for not posting yesterday. I didn’t post because I had a long school day, then had to clean my room, then went to the gym, came home and had a shower then went to the airport to pick up my brother and when I finally had free time it was 1 AM and I was soooooo tired.

Friday

But I did go the gym and took pictures of the things I used: 

1. Elliptical trainer and Stepmaster.

I did 5 minutes with each one.

2.Rowing machine.

I did 500 meters and that took me 2 minutes and 34 seconds.

3.Leg-Curl machine.

Works on your thighs mostly, but on your legs aswell.

Did 20 lifts.

4.Leg adducion machine.

Did 15 with both sides.

 My main reason for going to the gym was to work on my arms…

5.Pec Deck machine.

Works on your biceps and shoulders.

I can’t remember if I did 15 or 20, sorry😂.

6.Cable and Pulleys machine.

With this machine you can work on your whole body again because there are a lot of different ways to usd this.

I used it only for my arms and did 30 pulls from up to down and from down to up.

And after that I did all again for one time.

And PS! Don’t do too heavyweights because it will hurt you and you may broke something in your body!

I did everything with 5-10 kg when some very other did them with 70 kg. I have gone to the gym for two month and on Friday was like my 6th time so I’m moving to heavier weights.

Saturday 

I literally woke up at like 1 PM and then made my self my favorite, banana pancakes. After breakfast I went straight to studying because on Tuesday I have a huge history olympiad and haven’t even looked at what I need to study (okey, I have now but after breaking I didn’t).

So I stared studying at 2 PM and when I look at the time it’s 5 PM and I only got throuh like half of the material. So I decided to leave the rest for Sunday.

I was thinking what I should to for today workout and I was like: ” Noooo, I do not, I repeat do not wanna leave the house”. So I did some exercises at home again:

1.Holding 5 kg weights in my hands while holding up my arms.

I hold my arms in total for 2 minutes, because the weights were pretty heavy.

2.Squats

I did 40 squats while holding the weights.

3.Sit-ups

I’m kind of fat so it’s hard for me to do sit-ups, but I can to them so I didn’t to much. I did 15 full sit-ups and 15 half sit-ups.

4.Planking

Usually when I do planking I’m on my elbows, but today I did 1 minute on my elbows and 30 seconds with my arms straight and hands on the ground.

And that’s it. After that I stretched and went back to other school work.

Fitness week *day 4*

I’ll be honest and say I didn’t really  do anything so If you are interested in reading about fitness and workout click away…

So today I had a swimming competition and me and my team (3 peole, 4 including me) one the first place, so that’s cool!

And after school I had a nother project meeting and we discussed what are we going to do in Estonia when the students come from Italy, Poland and the Netherlands and our leaders explained the home work for us.

Now to the part why I didn’t do anything fitness related (okay, I had the swimming competition but that was like 50 meters, basically nothing) today. I had plans to go to the gym and I even got on the bus and went there but when I started dressing I discovered that I didn’t have me shoes!! So I called my dad who was at home doing nothing and it’s like 20 minutes to the gym and back and he was to lasy to bring them for me so I was really really angry at him. So instead of going to the gym I went to a cafe.

After that I went home and made myself a pizza. Not a healthy day at all but f*%$ it.

Fitness week *day 3*

I’ve got some very exciting news in the end…

Heyhey, it’s time for a new fitnnes update. Today I didn’t feel like doing something hard because I had one very long meeting that I will talk about in the end and I also had to be at my local youth center because there is this girls who’s on a practica there and her teacher came to watch het work and she asked me to be there.

In conclusion I went swimming. Because swimming is pretty easy for me cause I was a swimmer for 4 years and then I just continued dancing  and then I started wakeboarding and quite dancing as well. I had danced for 8 years and my hips and knees practically gave up on the last year and they also built a wakepark near my home at that time so I was more interested with that.

 But on with the swimming….

I was pretty proud of my self because I did the first km in only 22 minutes and then I started talking to a girl about swimming and exercises .  And actually I have a swimming competition tomorrow so going swimming today was a good idea.

And now on with the news,

So I’m in this Japan Club and we had the meeting today where our headmaster and the person who organizes all of the projects. In Japan there is a town named exactly like ours in Estonia and the towns are in a town-friendship or something. They went there to discuss an extend students project but also our Japan club.

In April we are going to have Japan language course and learn the language for free!! When the course ends they pick 4 students to go to Japan for like maybe 200 euros! Crazy, I know! And well there are some other things also, that you need to be selected.

1. You need to know how do speak English.

2. You need to be in all of the courses and never miss anything related with the Japan club.

3. You need to have the ability to adjust quickly.

4. You have to be vaccinated and 101% healthy.

5. You have to have good nerves.

6. You must eat fisht!

Eating fish is the only problem for me, because I don’t eat fish at all and I never have so I decided to learn, how to eat fish. And if I go to the meetings, learn the language a little bit and eat fish, I’m going. That’s what the teacher said not me. Freeking Japan for only 200 euros? What could be more cool?

Actually wait, I know…

I’m involved with a nother project at our school and we are going to have s meeting tomorrow so I can say more then but for now, I’M GOING TO ITALY FOR FREE!! This is crazy. I had literally one of the best days in my life. And because my friend who lives pretty far had a snowboarding practice in Tallinn and had to take the train home and sit there for more than a hour and she forgot her charger I gave her on of mine. The train stopped at my local train station for 10 seconds so it was like I literally threw the charger in and touched her hand cause I couldn’t hug her and she was gone:(.

But still it has been a very good day!

Fitness week *day 2*

Big news and small exercises…

So let’s start of with that 1D released the music video for “History”. So I was a big 1D fan onday but after like two-four months of hardcore stalking ang googleing I got over them but now, and I will admit I cried and was really sad when they went on hiatus, but I cared for like two days, okey! But now they released the music and if you haven’t seen it go now!!! *spoilers* It had them dancing, Niall with glasses, Liam hot af hat and well Harry and Louis just look perfect as always. There were B/W clips of the boys in the X-Factor and from the early days and even Zayn #ZiallmomentinHistorymusicvideo.

And when I watched it some many feelings took over. All of the memories I have with 1D in general, like some good times with my friends and 1D was playing and they were so little and cute and ohhh, I could go on and on…. So one of my todays work out was basically crying and thinking and calling everyone I know and talking to the people I was with. I screamed and was talking so much and so fast I think some people might hate me now.

 But that’s that, and now for some fitness…

So first of all we have veryveryvery bad weather right now. There are big ponds and everything is dirty and yeah. So instead of my planned two hour walk I went on a 40 minute walk and then just studied all day, because I have a really busy schedule this week (don’t worry you will hear about it😉).

You have no idea how hard was to get over that.

If you have read any other of my posts like “Snow” you know that I love snow, but I hate it when it’s on the roof and one second it’s like hey lets discover the ground and it falls. Well today it did and this happened.

I so this when I got home and was like holly molly not cool weather, not cool. The logic here is that we had like -20 degrees and no snow and now we have +2 and a lot of snow.

But this post is about fitness so imagine walking 40 minutes while trying to finf a normal spot to step in.

For this day not be a complete disappointment I did some exercises at home.

 So here are some simple exercises you can to at home for your daily fitness:

1.Warm up.

For warm up to 15 jumping-jacks and to some leg, hand and hip circles.

2. Push-ups.

Start with 10 push-ups, rest 15-30 seconds, again 10 push-ups. Repeat that for 3 times.

3. Sit-ups.

Your hands should be hurting at least a little for now so let your hands rest and to 30 sit-ups and if you are more trained, rest and then to 30 more.

4.One of my favorite exercise is planking.

If you can to minute and a half and then rest for 30 seconds and then again but you can also to 30 seconds and rest for 15. You can choose your one time these are the ones I recommend and you can always do more.

Also try to keep your body parallel with the ground and you can hold your hands straight up, it’s easier that way.

5.Back exercise.

For this exercise you need to lay on your stomach and put your hands on both sides at 90 degrees. Now you lift your upper body (to your chest) and keep your armas parallel with your face while you move. To that 15 times, rest, again 15 and repeat that for 3 times as well.

6.Favorite exercise.

I have done this exercise for as long as I can remember. It’s for your hands. You need to sit and hold your arms parallel with your shoulders at 180 degrees. You can also move them up or to your front.

Try holding them for a minute and maybe trie again after, but I hold them for at least 5 minutes.

Fitness week *day 1*

This week I’m going to a fitness and tell you about everyday…

Monday aka the first day.

We had PE today and we had to ski!! I hate skiing. I once broke my leg while skiing when I was little and now I hate skiing. And that that we had to ski wasn’t even the worst part!! We had to ski with out the poles. So me who doesn’t know how do ski I had to ski with out the poles and we skid 1km. So that counts as an active and fitness, right?

After school because me and my friend are super fangirls and today was Calum Hoods’ birthday!! If you don’t know who he is then, let me introduce you to the coolest modern punk-rock band, 5 Second Of Summer. Calum plays the bass in the band and is on of the main vocals. And because my friend loves him and I love the band we celebrated his birthday. Stupid we know!

We went to my place and made a cake, in English it’s called the cookiecake because you use cookies not cake(? Don’t know what the usual thing is called).

So here is how we did it:

1. You need 200g of sour cream,                    3 packs oh cookis (if there are 16 cookis in the pack or you can recalculate the size of your cake, we did 6×2 and 7 layers), some jam, strawberries, bananas, choose, a cup of water and sugar

2.Mix the jam with the water and dip your cookis inside there to make them soft.

3.Start laying your cookies and on every layer to the same with your cookies.

4.Add different fillings on your layers. We used strawberries, bananas and sour cream. Yes sour cream, if you add other things and sprinkel a little bit of suger it tasets amazing in the cake.

5.Clean the edges of your plate to make it look prettier and cleaner.

6.Chop some chocolate pieces to decorate and you are done.

Okey, so the food really doesn’t go with my fitness week idea, but to get some of the calories off I went swimming. I try to swim ever week at least two times but I’m kind of lasy so yeah.

For keeping track on your swimming I recommend the “Speedo Fit” app. You can log your swims there in the most easiest way. You just need to pick a pool from your neighborhood(if you are swimming in a sports center or a local pool) and it will show you how many meters one lap is. Then you put the time when you started and when you ended or how long you swum. You also need to know how many laps you swum because the app will calulate how many calories you burned.

And after I got home I was thinking that of should do some work so I made myself a cup of tea and a sandwich and took the computer.

And guess what? I spilled the tea all over the computer and the computer works but the keyboard doesn’t respond. All of the sugar what is like on little spoon is between the keyboard. So I didn’t get my work done what is do Tuesday day and was the most important document in 2 years I have done this so I am screwed.

Weekend updates

So I decided to post every week to talk about my weekend.

This weekend was a roller coaster.

In my last post I already told you about my Friday how disappointing that was, but the night was still good (if you wanna know what I did on Friday go read my last post).

On Saturday, well first I woke up surprisingly early. I had an alarm for 12 put I woke up at 9 AM. I had taken a shower and eaten breakfast in that time, so when my alarm went off I was super proud of my self because I always wake up very late.

One of my friends who lives 40 minutes away from my town had a dance practice with our dance studio and she thought that if she is coming here then why not stay a little longer and hangout with me. And of course I was on board. Another friend of ours who lives in the other town as well wanted to come too so we all just hanged out at my place and I gave a little tour of my town cause they haven’t really been here. I have always went to them or we go to Tallinn (the capital) so it was nice to have them here.

When the night ended and they needed to go home we went to the train station and when I got home I discovered my phone was missing!!

I looked everywhere except the train station, and guess where it was? In the train station.

Sunday….

A dude found it and posted into our towns community group on facebook and on of my classmates recognized my lock screen and was like you is this yours? So I checked the post and turns out the phone was mine and I contacted the guy and turns out that he doesn’t live in my town he was just here for a party!! So in order to get my phone I needed to drive a hour there and a hour back just to get my phone and of course I did it.

It’s pretty scary do drive in this weather because it’s dark and it’s snowing and the roads are very slippery, but it’s still beautiful.

So that’s pretty much my weekend.  Nothing existing happened really but I have many cool weekends coming so stay tuned!

Mood

 Some words hurt more than they should…

So the last time that I made a post I said that things aren’t going so well and well, they aren’t better.

I’m sick again and that sucks so much. I’m always very thirsty and my head hurts a lot and that isn’t good for school, cause it’s kind of hard to concentrate when you are feeling like you have a hungover.

I actually like drinking water so I don’t mind.

On Tuesday and Wednesday day had a huge fight with a club I’m in.  Nothing really happened, just I was defending two people who didn’t come to the meeting and the other two that I had a disagreement they were saying that the people who didn’t come didn’t have a good reason and I said that they had, so we had a fight over it.

But Thursday was good. I actually did good in school and got some good grades. After school I had sometime at home to rest and then I went to 4H club. This time we went ice skating and ohmylord how funny it was. At first I was like what the heck am I doing but I got the hang of it cause like I just to ice skate alot, just saying. But my friend, he couldn’t even stand right, but in just one hour we teached him how to ice skate. In the evening I went to eat sushi with a friend in class and we don’t usually talk much in school but we both love sushi and so we went and we actually had a lot of fun.

Friday…

It should be a great day right? It’s the last school day and the weekend is coming up and I have only 5 lessons so it should be great, BUT!!!

The morning started very badly.  I was feeling so bad and my eye hurt so much, I think I have a thingy in my eye or something. I was late for school, and I didn’t do any homework for any lessons. And for PE we had swimming. So you can imagine how my eye liked all of the chlorine.

And after a few lessons we had history and my friends…. pretty much out of the blue said: ”  You know, I wouldn’t be able to imagine you with a guy ever. Your so lesbian. ” and I was just like wtf. I turned around and told my other friend what my partner just said and she was like: ” Oh (my friends name) remember we talked about it ” and I’m like what, what talk and they said with no hesitation ” That you are lesbian. ” And then some other people in class start telling me the same thing and it isn’t a joke anymore, it’s calling me gay and lesbian and that is bullying.

I’m not saying that ew lesbians, now way, it’s just I’m offended that my friend are saying things that they can’t imagine me with someone ever. That’s basically saying the I’m a piece of s€*%. And the facts that they talk behind my back about those kind of things… that just hurts.

And actually I don’t know what I should say to them. I’m so young and really don’t care about the gender of the person I communicate with but right now I don’t like anybody and that’s it.

But the evening was great!  My friend texted me and was like, I know you went to eat sushi yesterday but we are on the train and do you wanna come with us? And logically I say yes! So we go to the same sushi place and I literally ofer the same thing I had on Thursday.

After eating we went to the cinema and saw  ” The 5th wave “. And at first I didn’t think much of it but ohmygoosh it was so good, but it ended badly but I’m so going to read the books now. The funny thing was that we were in the smallest room of the cinema and there were like 50 people and the 2 times Cassie and Even kissed everyone claped. It felt like a big group if friends. No one cared and just aw’d or po’d .

So this has been a little bit longer than usual, but I wanted to get some things off my chest and tell you a little bit of my week.

Disappointment

Sometimes things don’t turn out as you would like them to…

So my weekend as not the best, it was a little bit disappointing.

On Saturday I woke up with a big smile, and made my self coffee and watched the film ” JOBS “. And then my friend massaged me and told me to ready in 30 minutes cause we’re going snowboarding.

And here is the thing, I really do love snowboarding and I can snowboard, but on Saturday I really don’t know what happened. I couldn’t ride on my toes at all and I didn’t get my heels at first, but after 30 minutes it was okey.

But my mood was still shit and I didn’t talk to no one all day.

On Sunday I woke at 1PM and I had 3 missed calls from my classmate and a call from a friend who I call my soulmate. So I called my friend and was like heyy, good morning and she was just like, in one hour, out, lets walk the dog, go. Okey maybe she did sound a little bit pushy and she is a really great friend. And then I called my classmate whou wanted to go snowboarding, but I was still angry at myself for not getting my toeside right so I said I can’t cause I have other plans.

At 2 I went out and my friend was waiting for me. We were walking and talking about how much we love dogs, we even covered a Beyonce song so we were like ” Who run the world, DOGS! ” and then she said that she loves dogs more then she love her 3 bestfriends, but she didn’t name me!! At frist I was like okey, we’re not bestfriends we’re soulmates, but then she said that she found her soulmate!!! And yet again I was in a bad mood.

So the weekend in one word, disappointing.

And today I went to school and had some troubles there with some people so if I won’t post or post sad things then you know why.

But the dog is so cute so some pics😉.

Snow

So it’s snowing a lot lately…

I’m not sure how I feel about it, cause I really do like snow. I think it’s beautiful and I get to a thing that I love very much and is a big part of my life also aka snowboarding.

But also snow is very stressful. Like I have to clean the snow from in  front of our house and it takes like 30 minutes to an hour and a half. And also it’s hard to move in the snow if there is a lot of it.

 Another reason why I don’t like the weather is…

that I got sick. And had to miss 3 days of the first school week this year. Sad, I know.

Actually a lot of people in my class were absent, cause they were sick also.

But no matter what, I still LOVE snow.

I actually hate it when there is a lot of snow on the roof, because I get easily frightened and when all of that snow falls down, you bet that I scream on the top of my lungs.

Really didn’t matter that I’m sick, I still went outside and cleaned the front of my house.

And ohmygoosh, I went snowboarding at my local hill, and last time it wasn’t the best experience.

At that time we had very little snow and the hill is basically a big rock with many rocks on top so you can figure how the snowboarding went….my poor poor board has now big scratches all over the base.

But this time the hill was covered in snow. I needed to make some tracks at first so I could actually move fast and not get stuck in the snow.  At first it was kind of pointless, but when I got the tracks down and could ride smoothly I was in heaven. It was the first real ride this winter and I literally couldn’t be any happier, cause my sickness went away, I got to snowboard and also made my favorite salad.

What can be better?

Actually if I had my friends with me it would be like a million times better, but we still have next time!😉
